ProPig Services Inc. was formed in 2015, and have primarily focused on the development of the “PBT” ILI Caliper equipment. The PBT Caliper is highly specialized, which is designed to accommodate the many challenges presented to pipeline owners having to inspect small diameter pipelines deemed difficult to pig, or even “unpiggable”. ProPig’s PBT Caliper tool services will present solutions for the pipeline owners ILI and pigging challenges, resulting in acquiring much needed data of pipeline integrity information.
As of Jan 2017 ProPig is growing our company to serve the pipeline integrity sector by offering all mentioned pipeline integrity services. ProPig Services itself may be new to the industry, but our team isn’t - with over 45 years of combined experience within the Oil&Gas and pipeline industry.

Pipeline Pigging/ILI Tool Tracking and Benchmarking Services
• State of the art equipment capable of “real-time” tracking including recording MFL/ELF events with GPS location data.
• Legacy pig tracking equipment utilized at every tracking location – acoustic and ELF transmitter detection for redundancy
• Highly trained and experienced pig tracking technicians.
• Proprietary tracking database system for AGM location information, providing instant eta’s based on time/distance and documenting passages. Instant reporting post ILI surveys or pigging runs.
• Ability to track or locate pigs/ILI tools in practically any environment (on or off‐road) and at any time of the day or year.
• Predeploy ILI vendor or in‐house AGM’s pre ILI survey and retrieval post survey.
• Benchmarking reports provided when using in‐house AGM’s or tracked “realtime”.
• Remote tracking services available with advance notice.
Stuck Pig Locating Services ‐ Including Locating Issues with Problem Pigging in Pipelines
• Experienced technicians using state of the art quality equipment to locate any pig or ILI tool equipped with magnets or ELF transmitters that are motionless.
• Staking and documenting stuck pig location and/or possible problem locations providing reports.
• ELF transmitter rentals and custom pig builds for required applications using industry available vendor pigs and parts.
• Assistance in providing solutions to difficult pigging issues.
AGM (Above Ground Marker) Location Surveys for ILI Surveys Including Pipeline Locates, DOC, GPS, with Site Documentation
• GPS <3m accuracy standard (<1m or <0.2m accuracy available upon request).
• High‐quality utility locating and GPS equipment.
• Documentation of all selected locations providing detailed reports.
Pipeline DOC (Depth of Cover) Surveys
• Pipeline locating using a combination of GPS data acquisition while collecting DOC data from ground elevation providing detailed GPS xyz reports.
Pipeline Excavation/Dig ‐ Locating/Staking
• All technician’s trained in buried facility locating with valid EMLOC BPFII certificates
• Manual chain, laser, or GPS distance capable for ILI correlations or repairs.
Pipeline ILI Survey or Pigging Support and/or Consulting for any Pigging Projects
• Over 45 year’s combined experience with pipeline and oilfield services including various pipeline (ILI) inline inspections, various pigging projects (cleaning, purges/fills, hydro tests, dewatering, etc.), pig/ILI tool tracking and benchmarking projects, and involved with various new pipeline construction and repair projects.

Pipeline ILI (Inline Inspection) Profile Caliper Services with Mapping-“PBT” Caliper
- Currently developing tool sizes that will serve the small diameter pipeline ILI market 4” through 12” pipeline sizes.
- Cost effective high resolution acquisition of caliper (multi‐channel) data, mapping, including various utility channels, capable of benchmarking.
- 1 ½ sections, compact, lightweight, very low friction (proprietary cup design), 1.5D capable, and high collapsibility (35% OD).
- Wireline bi‐directional capable.
- Offering go/nogo for pre ILI surveys (MFL, UT, etc), or full standalone caliper surveys.
- Designed for ease of performing inspections in pipelines with liners, or having non-typical launch and trap facilities.
- Designed to accommodate ILI in the civil water and irrigation pipeline infrastructure.
Pipeline ILI Pigging Data Acquisition Module-“PDAM”
- Cost effective, small, compact data acquisition module that records a multitude of onboard utility channels to analyze possible pipeline pigging issues.
- Can be installed in virtually any pig style that can accept an ELF locating transmitter.
- Optional odometers can be installed with the module for assisting in locating issues.
- The ultimate beginning solution to any “problem pigging” pipelines in any sector.
- Data can be downloaded and analyzed for potential issues onsite.
